PROJECT PHASES
A typical landscape design procedure is described as follows
PHASE 1
Preliminary Design Phase

Initial client meeting. Determination of the scope of work, design issues-concerns, budget discussion

Site measurements, collection of data

Conceptual alternatives. Landscape master plan scenarios and development of a preliminary cost estimate

Client meeting to review our design and receive client feedback

Correctionsof the conceptual landscape master plan according to the client's requirements

Approval of the Landscape Master Plan by the client
PHASE 2
Final Construction Drawings
-
Construction Drawings (Site Plan, Yardscape Plan, Irrigation Plan, Planting Plan, Lighting Plan and Construction details) and technical reports

Meetings with sub-consultans/ experts (if necessary) for the final submission of the proposal

Client meeting to review final plans and decide upon our plant and material selections
PHASE 3
Financial offer
Send drawings to constructor(s) to receive bid(s) for project installation
PHASE 4
Cost and Drawings Revision
Revision of drawings to meet any budget restricions
PHASE 5
Additional Services
The client may ask the landscape architect to supervise the project construction or to perform additional design services
PHASE 6
Construction- Maintenance

Final design implementation

Coordination with gardener or homeowner to evaluate on-going maintenance
